I've been doing a lot of research lately into what type of content works best for gyms and fitness businesses in general when it comes to social media.

If you're looking for the best content to share on your gym or studio's social media, look no further than photos and videos of your members working out and achieving their fitness goals. 

These types of posts not only show off your facility and the type of equipment you use, but they also inspire other people to get fit and achieve their own fitness goals. 

And who doesn't love a good before-and-after story? Seeing someone transform their body through hard work and dedication is sure to motivate others to start their own fitness journey. 

So if you want to create content that will engage and inspire your audience, make sure to share photos and videos of your members working out and achieving their fitness goals.
