JULY – Boost Facebook Posts

July sees another small peak in demand, so take full advantage by paying to boost your Facebook posts. This will multiply the reach and impact of anything you plan to promote.

It’s incredibly effective, since you’re able to target your ideal client very precisely, at a time when you know there’s demand.
Include a lead magnet or form to capture people’s contact details who show interest.

July Story Idea Prompts

  • July is all about summer fun so how about creating content around healthy BBQ and picnic recipes (perhaps you can create an ebook) or taking your training outside as well as ways to take advantage of summer in general.

Do you have any exciting last-minute health and fitness holiday/vacation ideas? Any tips for taking advantage of the longer days?

Any interesting recipes using summer produce? Any ideas for how to unplug from work and truly relax?

  • International Day of Friendship falls on 30th July, so why not use the opportunity to outline the benefit of working out together and provide an offer for your semi-private training sessions or Bring A Friend type offer

  • Diabetes Awareness Week takes place from 10th to 14th July in Australia.

More than 100,000 Australians have developed diabetes in the past year and as a Fitness Professional you know what can be done to prevent it.

Why not put together a workshop that outlines “X Steps to Success” with the last step being to sign up to your program?
  • Health Awareness Week takes place in the UK on 2nd – 8th July. Look to share stories of client success or piggy back on this topic by creating a series of daily success tips for the week.
