Marketing Strategy: Your Keys To Success

When I first start working with new clients, I first sit down with them to review and discuss their marketing strategy.

I’ve been back on the road this week and my travels bring me back to the North West of the UK (I’m in Lancashire) and seeing the weekend weather was stereotypical for this area (hint: cold and VERY wet!!) I decided to sit and watched the Aussie Rules Grand Final and an NFL game 🏈

And, it seems quite apt to use some sporting (and finance industry) terms here. American Football games are broken down into quarters as are the financial year and today marks the three-quarter point of the year.

That’s right, an entire three quarters of the year has passed us by and we are on the final sprint to the end zone (the finish line) of this current year.

No matter what day you are reading this, we have less than 92 days to go until the end of the year 😱

Now is a good time to block some time out to review your progress and outline your marketing strategy for the remaining 3 months of the year.

✅Are you on track with the goals you set this year?
✅Did you hit your targets for Q3?
✅Did you set yourself any targets?

The team at Foundr magazine has a great article on how to build a profitable marketing strategy.

It never ceases to amaze me how time passes so quickly. As a kid, the summer holidays seemed to last forever and nowadays it’s over in a blink of an eye.

Having worked with hundreds of business owners over the years I have met and spoken to business owners who are broke and struggle month in, month out, living from paycheck to paycheck.

I have also had the pleasure to work with personal trainers who in a relatively short space of time, have built fitness businesses generating £8,000 to £40,000 a month.

Is there something that determines whether you are going to struggle or be a success? Is there a secret weapon you can rely on?

I think there are three.

Marketing Strategy: Your Steps To Success:

  1. Having a positive mindset and total belief in yourself. Successful business owners set goals and have a clear vision of their sales and marketing strategy and what they wish to achieve along with an unwavering drive and determination to not only hit those goals, but smash them.Planning a marketing and business strategy
  2. They are organised and understand the importance consistent marketing plays in the success of their business. If you aren’t generating leads on a consistent basis, don’t be surprised if you are not signing up new clients or customers.
  3. Accountability and support. Successful business owners have a great support network and within that network, they have a mentor or a coach – someone who has experienced the success they are looking for.

So if you are entering the final quarter of the game and you are behind and in need of a “do-over” (a change to your game plan), then I’m going to give you one.

You can REDO your Goals right now and get started all over again.

That’s right – I’m letting you off the hook – but don’t waste a single second.

Start TODAY!

Three quarters of this year is gone forever. Will you make changes TODAY or will allow the year to run away from you again?

Will your business demonstrate 12 weeks further growth – will you be 12 weeks closer to your goals?

The time will pass anyway.
