Why You Need To Get Shit Done

As a business coach, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many PT’s and Fitness Studio Owners from all walks of life.

And after 10 years doing this type of coaching on 3000+ calls and meetings; it’s obvious what types behave in certain ways when they’re being coached by someone who knows their game!

The six senses that we develop as coaches help us recognise these patterns much quicker than if you were just starting out– so don’t be shy: ask me anything because my answer is always going give you something new.

It’s not what your clients are saying, but how they’re saying it.

You pick up things from their body language and emotional energy waves that tell you whether or not to trust them with the truth of a situation.

You know when they’re telling the truth…

You know when they’re hiding the truth…

You know when they’re digging their head in the sand and hoping everything will work itself out.

Lessons of wisdom from a business coach who has the knowledge to help your fitness journey

Why You Need To Get Shit Done - Profitable Fitness Business
Why You Need To Get Stuff Done to develop a Profitable Fitness Business

You don’t need to be smart or overly skilled in order to build a profitable fitness business..

The 80% that it takes is all about getting tasks finished and out into your product/service pipeline – this includes being able work well with others, managing numbers effectively (you’ll need some!), among other things!

The most profitable clients that I have had the pleasure to work with over the years are those who just put their heart into what they do: taking on more than you think possible while still fulfilling deadlines without fail; these people find success by doing instead of thinking

So you’ve got a great idea?

Don’t overthink it!

Get out there and make something happen.

If worst comes to worst, start fresh with your next project – nothing wrong in trying before you commit yourself fully into one avenue or another without experimenting just so happens when things work best for me too 🙂

If it doesn’t work then great, get to work on your next idea

“There’s no one giant step to success, it’s lots of little steps done consistently”
